ABOUT CLOË COLLETTE
"In an increasingly fast-paced, fragmented world, we find ourselves caught in a polarity of extremes. This tension drives my artistic practice, inspiring me to weave unity and meaning back into our lives. Using vintage looms from 1955, I handcraft large-scale tapestries, sourcing hand-spun wool from local shepherds. Each thread carries a story, bridging the gap between tradition and modernity, while preserving a way of life atrisk of fading. I believe that, now more than ever, we must reforge deep connections—with nature, within communities, and within ourselves. My art encourages self-reflection, inviting viewers to question and reconnect with these essential elements of life."
